Vantreese Hodges, RYT

Vantreese is a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor and received her RYT 200 hour training in Honolulu, Hawaii. She specializes in Power Vinyasa Yoga; which, is an invigorating and energetic form of yoga that synchronizes one's state of consciousness to breath and movement. Vantreese is extremely passionate about inclusivity and exploring the interconnections between trauma and resilience within our communities. She applies her continued education in self-regulation and trauma-informed yoga to help her students deepen their practice and find grounding at any life stage.

Vantreese lives in Maryland with her family and enjoys finding creative ways to spend time together. In her spare time she loves to cook and share healthy recipes with friends on Instagram! She looks forward to seeing and serving you on your mat! Namaste.
