YOGA

FOUNDATIONS - We understand yoga can be intimidating so our foundations class provides you with all of the tools you need to start your practice. By breaking down the basic postures and building strength through repetition you’ll leave confident with the basic principles of yoga while still getting a great workout and all the benefits. This class is recommended for beginners or anyone wanting to strengthen their Foundation.

FOUNDATIONS II - This class is a continuance of our basic Foundation class. In this class you will go deeper into your practice and challenge yourself with new postures and learn to sequence your postures.

FLOW - This class follows the rhythm of your breath in a steady,creative and balanced flow. Focusing on building up from foundation and creating strength, length and release. It promises to leave you open in mind and body.

YOGA SCULPT - Yoga Sculpt combines yoga, cardio, balance and strength unlike typical yoga classes and is more like a workout type of class. It improves all aspects of fitness.

SMALL GROUP FITNESS

SGT presents the double combo of training with the energy and motivation of a team while at the same time receiving the benefit of working closely with a trainer. Another advantage is the reduced cost of sharing a trainer with people with the same goals.

Boxing is a great way to get in shape. It will strengthen your core, shoulders, arms, and gives you a great cardio workout.
